Dr. Konstantinos Panagiotou from UCY, Cyprus, visiting project partners in Dresden

As part of the knowledge exchange among the project partners, Dr. Konstantinos Panagiotou from the University of Cyprus (UCY) has visited the facilities of the TUD during the first week of March, 2020, right before the general lockdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic. The main purpose of his trip was to get familiarised with the functionalities of the INOWAS platform, which is the platform used to develop a groundwater model for Ezousa case study. In addition, Dr. Panagiotou visited the facilities of UIT GmbH company for a short training on the installation of CTD-GPRS sensors, which are the sensors used to monitor the groundwater quality of Ezousa catchment in terms of temperature, electric conductivity and water level.
